Lucy's #7 Burger Bar is always looking for more opportunities to promote our staff. What can we say? We have a great team that's worth talking about, so we'd like to introduce you to Jeannie. You might not always see Jeannie's face in the restaurant, but you can bet wherever she is she's smiling. We can't even picture Jeannie without a smile. Her attitude is infectious and she's such an important piece of our success.
Jeannie is a dishwasher here at Lucy's #7 and we love having her here. She takes pride in her work so much that everything isn’t just clean, it’s “Jeannie clean.” From organizing our tiny space to making repairs, Jeannie does it all!
Jeannie was recently a co-recipient of our annual "Cool People Who Work Hard" award. Nominated and voted on by fellow employees, Jeannie exemplifies what a good team member is and we are very grateful to have her on board. Jeannie narrates February’s Burger of the Month video and you need to see this one! The video features Jeannie and the Mama Mia–a burger stuffed with mozzarella cheese and topped with bruschetta, pesto and a balsamic glaze. Now that's what I'm talking about! How long have you worked at Lucy's? Since the beginning. April 14th, 2015!
Favorite Lucy's burger: Popeye's Revenge (Spinach & Artichoke Burger)
Favorite Lucy's menu item: Sweet potato fries with chipotle aioli
What does your job entail? My job is to clean the front kitchen, the back kitchen and everything in between! I slice cheese and buns, restock supplies, wash dishes, and keep everything organized.
What do you enjoy most about your job? Making sure everyone is loved (and hugged) puts a smile on my face and hopefully others.
What do you like to do outside of work? I like to clog dance!
What is one thing most people don't know about you? I have traveled to every U.S. state except Alaska and Hawaii.
