Missy - General Manager
Missy grew up on a farm near Watertown, Wisconsin. She left to teach English in China for two years before coming back to the states where she took a job working at a small deli and catering company, a career move that sparked her loved for the food industry. Following her new path, Missy moved to Nashville to be the pastry chef for the Tennessee Titans.
While in Nashville, she enrolled at the Art Institute of Tennessee to pursue a degree in culinary arts which led her to jobs as a kitchen manager and executive sous chef before moving back to her roots in Wisconsin.
Missy joined the Lucy’s #7 Burger Bar team in 2022. When she’s not overseeing the restaurant, you can find her playing volleyball, hiking, biking or exploring new places.
David - Restaurant Manager
David has a wealth of managerial expertise gained from his roles in retail where he excelled in overseeing operations and leading teams. Transitioning to the hospitality industry, he made waves as the Bar and Front-of-House Manager at Twisted Ranch in St. Louis for three years. When he's not curating an exceptional burger and beer experience, you'll find David enjoying his passion for part-time cattle farming. Adding to the excitement, he recently celebrated tying the knot in August 2022!
