Missy - General Manager
Missy grew up on a farm near Watertown, Wisconsin. She left to teach English in China for two years before coming back to the states where she took a job working at a small deli and catering company, a career move that sparked her loved for the food industry. Following her new path, Missy moved to Nashville to be the pastry chef for the Tennessee Titans.
While in Nashville, she enrolled at the Art Institute of Tennessee to pursue a degree in culinary arts which led her to jobs as a kitchen manager and executive sous chef before moving back to her roots in Wisconsin.
Missy joined the Lucy’s #7 Burger Bar team in 2022. When she’s not overseeing the restaurant, you can find her playing volleyball, hiking, biking or exploring new places.
Patrick - Restaurant Manager
Patrick is a Janesville, WI native. After high school, he spent nearly a decade in the United States Navy. After his time in the service, Patrick worked in jobs ranging from accounting to factory work to retail, but nothing quite fit what he really wanted to do. In 2016, he began working in the restaurant industry where he started as a dish washer before working nearly every position making his way up to a manager role.
Patrick loves food and guest service, but his greatest passion is leading people.
Caleb - Restaurant Manager
Growing up in Beloit, Caleb got his start in hospitality during high school where he worked at Hardee’s. He worked at several restaurants in several positions from kitchen to hosting and eventually learned how to serve. In 2022, Caleb started his Geronimo journey at Bessie’s Diner where he found a passion for the industry.
Shortly after joining Bessie’s, he enrolled in hospitality management classes at Blackhawk Tech and joined the Lucy’s #7 Burger Bar family.
When he’s not working, Caleb enjoys playing video games with his friends, spending time with family and taking flight lessons.
